Pros

Great work environment. Salary is quite good (at least on market level). It's a great place to try different technologies. You can switch from, say, Java to Javascript and try to be FE developer for a while.

Cons

Everything is up to the project you'll get in. Some of them are quite stressful and you even can feel waste of your experience (in the case of legacy systems). In general, management in EU is better than from Ukraine, Belorussia, and Russia. In offshore locations, you would feel more secure because you'll have a possibility to sit without a project for months (if your project finished) until management will find for you a new one.

Pros

* Easier to find a project within the same company * You are still being paid in between project (bench) * My friend made 1K applications and could find work. But as soon as he became EPAM employee he had a project 1 week later.

Cons

* About -10-15% less paid then in average on the market
