Pros

- salary sometimes higher than market average - office buildings in the city center - friendly atmosphere (though it depends)

Cons

- because of how huge company is, and how many layers of managers there are A LOT of how you would work and what you would be paid depends on your exact Resource Manager - company trying hard to push too cheap company cultures and values, though there can be a bad person completely not aligned with those values and everyone around him complains to management about him/her, but that not-good-person/toxic employee keeps working for years and years just jumping inside EPAM from project to project - absolutely unclear salaries. There can be two person doing basically same job on same project, but one would be having 50% higher salary - office facilities are overcrowded, as company keeps growing in Ukraine and office expansion don't keep up with headcount growth

Pros

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Cons

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
