Pros

Good company to work. Lot of projects and opportunities to growth and develop yourself, trainings (hard and soft skills), paid exams and certifications. Work-life balance depends on project and management. Company has a relocation program in multiple countries. Everything depends on you: if you work hard, study, make money for the company, you will be promoted and rewarded, if not - you can work quietly on a project for a long time, on the same position and nobody will touch you.

Cons

Sometimes it's not easy to change a project. Low salary rates and it's hard to get it increased because of company internal politics. Life is better if you are in 'good' relationships with senior management if you know what I mean. If you somehow cross senior management, and I'm not talking about some serious stuff, that would be a 'red' flag to you. If you are on a bench more than 3-4 month, company can ask you to quit.

Pros

* Easier to find a project within the same company * You are still being paid in between project (bench) * My friend made 1K applications and could find work. But as soon as he became EPAM employee he had a project 1 week later.

Cons

* About -10-15% less paid then in average on the market
