      Pros

      As an outsource company, EPAM provides you with an option to choose a customer who you will be working with. As a result, you can switch between projects/technologies/etc and work with what you want.

      Cons

      But the "Nothing personal, it's just business" position is abused by managers and in order to reach your personal goals (namely work-life balance), you have to fight for them. The system doesn't encourage it.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
