      - Different companies they provide services to, can switch between projects and roles - Mature level evaluation system, strong mentorship community and internal university - Easier to enter as a first job in US - Great professionals and fun crowd to work with. - Used to help with green card process, not sure how it is now

      - Lower salaries (but ok for a vendor company) -
