Great teammates who care about each other
Flexibility in working practices
Cons
Very limited PTO without separate sick time.
Weird promotion practices, basically like applying for a new job, but then you don't get a salary increase until their 1x year raises start.

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.
Cons
Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
- A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills;
- Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences;
- Great benefits and insurance.
Cons
- Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT;
- Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working;
- Stock price dwindled significantly.
