Pros

EPAM has been rapidly growing, and continues to grow. There are regular opportunities to step up and take ownership of a new area. The team and collaboration culture fits me very well – respectful, but also fun; and there are great opportunities to learn from (and be mentored by) senior colleagues – both formally (through learning & mentoring programmes) and informally.

Cons

There are great offices in Berlin and Frankfurt, but outside of those cities you'll either have to work from home, or form the client's office, or make an arrangement with a co-working office (which EPAM also helps with).

Pros

Competitive compensation and good benefits for visa employees. Everything is fair, company is not taking advantage of you, unlike many similar companies. Lot of internal courses and trainings, opportunity to work in multiple domains.

Cons

Goes crazy after AI hype and stock plummeting

* Easier to find a project within the same company * You are still being paid in between project (bench) * My friend made 1K applications and could find work. But as soon as he became EPAM employee he had a project 1 week later.

Cons

* About -10-15% less paid then in average on the market
