Pros

: Great work culture : Very flexible environment for working parents, healthy work life balance : Senior most stakeholders are approachable and friendly : No micromanagement, freedom to work the way you like : Great management who genuinely care for their people : Lot of growth opportunities, well defined career path

Cons

: Not as many perks/ such as we could include (Wellness day leave, birthday leave, gym benefit, sodexo vouchers, car allowance) etc : Although the compensation is competitive, but it could be a lot better, given the inflation etc. no actions taken to make this change as yet.

Pros

* Easier to find a project within the same company * You are still being paid in between project (bench) * My friend made 1K applications and could find work. But as soon as he became EPAM employee he had a project 1 week later.

Cons

* About -10-15% less paid then in average on the market
