      Established good learning processes, especially for new juniors, is the best place to start your carrier. Management challenges you with new responsibilities beyond your title; this makes you grow faster.

      Cons

      Salary is meager, with many outdated and low-qualified projects with many support activities. You need to be lucky to get some cutting-edge ones. Because of a low salary level and not challenging projects, clever and ambitious fellows leave the company very soon
