Great "small" company - Delivery Manager EPAM Systems Employee Review

I work in The Netherlands office, and even if EPAM is a huge global company, the Dutch office is still relatively small and you get to know a lot of people. Entry level is quite high, I get to work with very good professionals from all over the world. Client portfolio is impressive! They work with almost every big name out there. This was surprising for me, for a company that is barely known on the Dutch job market. Salary is very ok, not big tech company level, but better than local companies. They are very people-focused.
