      Green card, immigration and relocation sponsorship. Good benefits package. Great learning opportunities. Many career opportunities.

      Cons

      Compensation is lower than market. As EPAM is mostly IT services company you always work as contractor for different companies and feel more like contractor overall.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
