      Quite good company - Frontend Developer EPAM Systems Employee Review

      Pros

      It is a very stable and reliable company. While working here you feel protected. Company provides a great support during relocation. There is a very clear system of growing in the company. There is also a wide system of benefits.

      Cons

      Everything is perfect until you have a billable project. When you are on bench which can occur quite often in current economic situation you dive into a great stress. All possible managers come to you again and again and remind you that you are on bench. Managers create some specific activities for people on bench just to create a visibility that people work and for reporting. There is always a risk that you will be dismissed. And some people are really dismissed.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
