Cons
I dedicated 8 years to this company and contributed significantly to its success. Actively participated in non-project activities, including serving as a Resource Manager and mentoring others. Engaged in the Agile community and shared knowledge. However, after being on the bench for 3 months, they asked me to leave. It became clear that no matter how dedicated you are, if there's no billable position, you're expendable. It's just business, nothing personal.
