Thank you for your review, and we appreciate your comments. We know that work-life balance is essential for productive and happy employees. We're glad you have found a healthy work-life balance in your role and hope you continue a long and fulfilling career with us at EPAM. Individual conversations are the best way to address specific questions or concerns about salary. At EPAM, we strive to provide all employees a competitive compensation package, including benefits and pay. We're disappointed to hear you are unhappy in this regard. We recommend first having a conversation with your resource manager. If you prefer talking more with us, we can provide insights or recommendations at Glassdoor@epam.com. Also, we are always looking for ways to improve the employee experience and take your feedback seriously. Your manager should be able to connect you for a skip level. If you continue to have issues, please email us; we'll gladly help. Thanks.
