      1. Continous learning and assessment culture. 2. Transparency to the higher management with much ease 3. Many learning modules in the internal platform to skill up. 4. Self assessing techniques. 5. Great work life balance 6. No micro management 7. Exposure to the seniors is great, who help you skill up.

      1. Too many interviews is the only concern
