Pros

Nice company to choose if it's the first big company in your career, your first company in your carreer, or your first relocation. Because it gives you a lot of opportunities to learn, internal events etc. Salaries are usually lower than on the market, maybe because they pay you even if you are on bench - having no project yet and you have plenty of time to learn and pass internal interviews to different projects. That means you can have good practice on how to pass interviews. But it worth asking if they pay you on bench, as I've heard some people don't get paid, maybe depending on location and contract type.

Cons

HR promised me relocation to USA after one year, but I'm still waiting. Of course the war has changed everything, but now I see market is growing, I get proposals from other companies and I think to change my job soon.
