      Cons

      Company saves money on Employees. No bonuses, no raises, no promotions. Your performance can only affect a downgrading of your salary. Poor management.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
