Not USD payment allowed. Depending on the account (client) you're assigned to, it could get hard. Some clients want everything done very fast, and if you don't do it they will call management on you. Also they will take every mistake you make to put it in your evaluation inside the company. Also I want to highlight that it's hard to get a promotion, as there are too many internal steps you need to accomplish in order to get a promotion. If you want a promotion find other company apart from EPAM and don't waste your time.
