Pros

As long as you are on project, there is no issue.

Cons

As you come on the bench, they will force you to leave company. The keep hiring new people and removing old one. Other perks like health insurance is also very bad. They even take deduction from your salary for this and it never get claimed.

Hello, and thank you for leaving a review. Employees with no current project assignment are still eligible for employee benefits. This time during your employment is crucial for your development as an EPAMer. Employees should use this time with no current project assignments to get feedback from their peers, update their profile, take learning assessments and look for their next opportunity on an EPAM project. If you are unhappy with your situation, we encourage you to create a development plan with your manager. It's also important to note that depending on your location, employees are required to pay for a portion of their health insurance, while EPAM pays for the remainder. This cost-sharing method is common across many parts of North America, Western Europe, Asia and Australia. If you have questions about this, or additional feedback about the structure of work at EPAM, we would appreciate hearing it at Glassdoor@epam.com. Wishing you the best in your career.
