Cons

No incentives for learning and supporting additional wholesale companies (other ISPs around the country).

The benefits package is fairly good.

Cons

They do not pay the market rate for IT workers. They seem to only reserve reasonable, industry standard job titles that a recruiter will understand for certain employees, so if you work here be prepared to have difficulty explaining your experience if you ever intend to leave.
