EPB offers great benefits and resources for employees. Very focused on the community. Customer Service department offers overtime opportunity and incentives for employees.

Cons

It’s hard to get time off to take vacations as vacations are seniority-based.

Pros

The benefits package is fairly good.

Cons

They do not pay the market rate for IT workers. They seem to only reserve reasonable, industry standard job titles that a recruiter will understand for certain employees, so if you work here be prepared to have difficulty explaining your experience if you ever intend to leave.
