Poor communication between office and field staff. Salaried position vs productivity point system based. Excellent communication skills between all field staff members including, PT , OT, and nursing.

Cons

Inadequate Fulltime PT staff. Recent cutbacks, decreased staff requiring staff from other home bases having to travel much longer distances
