Great experience and pay for recent college graduates. If you can cut your teeth successfully at Epic, your going to be a rockstart just about anywhere else you end up later

Cons

High Stress, Significant travel expected. Very little consideration for working in multiple timezones or the travel challenges inherent in working on both coasts
