Overtime is mandatory almost every week, so work-life balance is practically non-existent.
Communication between upper-level management and supervisors/other employees, especially regarding work procedures, is a very serious issue, often resulting in employees being blamed for issues that are actually the result of conflicting/inpet communication and/or inept upper management.
Severe lack of effective on-site training.
Upper-level management consists mainly of people who, although they have extensive knowledge of the corporate side, have no real concept of how things actually work in and flow through the shop and rarely listen to advice from those who do. This sometimes causes issues which they then blame on others.
