      Money and benefits are fine

      Cons

      Supervisor only cares about numbers. Zero concern over family, well being, or days off for his reports. He doesn’t communicate, yet holds people accountable for things that they weren’t told. We are human beings. We have things going on. Understand, sir, that EQT isn’t all we have going on.

      Pros

      I love the daily tasks I have to complete. I really like the works schedule it allows me plenty of time to do my job and still spend time with my family. This is the best company I have worked for. I left antero resources to come here and I don’t regret it at all. I never have to work about work clothes we have a generous amount of money we are able to spend for clothing and boots. It’s all a round a great place to work I even got another former antero employee to come join the EQT crew!

      Don’t really have anything I can complain about.
