      benefits - this is also company policy good benefits period - lots of money floating around, 'if lucky' gorgeous career potential

      monetary incentives and other incentives transformed the work place in a weird place where quality of work sometimes does not matter

      Pros

      I love the daily tasks I have to complete. I really like the works schedule it allows me plenty of time to do my job and still spend time with my family. This is the best company I have worked for. I left antero resources to come here and I don’t regret it at all. I never have to work about work clothes we have a generous amount of money we are able to spend for clothing and boots. It’s all a round a great place to work I even got another former antero employee to come join the EQT crew!
