      Pros

      Fun, yet professional work atmosphere. Excellent pay and benefits. Ability to be part of a team and make a difference. If you have great ideas, it may take a while, but the company is willing to make changes if deemed an improvement. Company takes safety very serious.

      Cons

      It's getting better but various business units don't like to work together. Some upper management still hold on to too much old school O&G mentality

      Pros

      I love the daily tasks I have to complete. I really like the works schedule it allows me plenty of time to do my job and still spend time with my family. This is the best company I have worked for. I left antero resources to come here and I don’t regret it at all. I never have to work about work clothes we have a generous amount of money we are able to spend for clothing and boots. It’s all a round a great place to work I even got another former antero employee to come join the EQT crew!

      Don’t really have anything I can complain about.
