      Great fast growing company focused on production. Fast paced deadline oriented workplace. Recognition of years of experience in field apply to vacation time, great benefits, average to above average pay in sector. Structured work environment with a priority on safety, business integrity, personal and corporate value drivers.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work extra hours and contribute to community events and corporate causes. Highly structured management hierarchy. Generally better work environment outside of Plaza corporate offices.

      Pros

      I love the daily tasks I have to complete. I really like the works schedule it allows me plenty of time to do my job and still spend time with my family. This is the best company I have worked for. I left antero resources to come here and I don’t regret it at all. I never have to work about work clothes we have a generous amount of money we are able to spend for clothing and boots. It’s all a round a great place to work I even got another former antero employee to come join the EQT crew!

      Don’t really have anything I can complain about.
