      Several great People to work with with for the most part. Safety First.

      Cons

      9/80 schedule can be inefficient at times, 4/10s would be more productive. Lack of organization. promotions could be more fair. Training could be better, more consistent. Wish things could be communicated better

      Pros

      I love the daily tasks I have to complete. I really like the works schedule it allows me plenty of time to do my job and still spend time with my family. This is the best company I have worked for. I left antero resources to come here and I don’t regret it at all. I never have to work about work clothes we have a generous amount of money we are able to spend for clothing and boots. It’s all a round a great place to work I even got another former antero employee to come join the EQT crew!

      Don’t really have anything I can complain about.
