      Good pay, 9/80 work schedule, competitive benefits, company paid phone, corporate office is one of the nicer facilities in Pittsburgh

      Cons

      Favoritism and politics, stagnant management, lack of culture and innovation. Company's success is mainly attributable to the fact they got lucky and happened to be sitting on top of potentially the most prolific nat gas shale play(s) in North America

      Pros

      I love the daily tasks I have to complete. I really like the works schedule it allows me plenty of time to do my job and still spend time with my family. This is the best company I have worked for. I left antero resources to come here and I don’t regret it at all. I never have to work about work clothes we have a generous amount of money we are able to spend for clothing and boots. It’s all a round a great place to work I even got another former antero employee to come join the EQT crew!
