      EXCELLENT PAY!! Good benefits.

      Cons

      Top mgmt. is very arrogant and treats lower level employees like dirt. Mgmt. seems to enjoy suspending employees for making mistakes - even if they are small ones. This is a culture of management by fear. Mgmt. is driven by money and the price of stock options and does not care at all about "the greatest good for the greatest number."

      Pros

      I love the daily tasks I have to complete. I really like the works schedule it allows me plenty of time to do my job and still spend time with my family. This is the best company I have worked for. I left antero resources to come here and I don’t regret it at all. I never have to work about work clothes we have a generous amount of money we are able to spend for clothing and boots. It’s all a round a great place to work I even got another former antero employee to come join the EQT crew!
