It all starts with culture. The attention to detail surrounding team development-- not only with the expertise within your job responsibilities but also with the team building aspect allows you to feel valued as an employee/team member. What ends up happening naturally is collaboration and respect. Work life balance is a huge component and this is also emphasized by our digital work environment platform. Breaks, team booster events and ways to interact are always creative and encouraged.

Cons

Rapid growth of the company can cause inadvertent fatigue of constant change within the organization.

Pros

I love the daily tasks I have to complete. I really like the works schedule it allows me plenty of time to do my job and still spend time with my family. This is the best company I have worked for. I left antero resources to come here and I don’t regret it at all. I never have to work about work clothes we have a generous amount of money we are able to spend for clothing and boots. It’s all a round a great place to work I even got another former antero employee to come join the EQT crew!

Don’t really have anything I can complain about.
