Pros

Our whole Qrew truly cares about what they do. The leadership team is engaged across the business. We have an incredible mission and the work we do matters. Full time remote working (office staff) is an awesome benefit. Our digital systems keep us connected real-time.

Cons

The pace EQT runs at can can be overwhelming at times.

Pros

I love the daily tasks I have to complete. I really like the works schedule it allows me plenty of time to do my job and still spend time with my family. This is the best company I have worked for. I left antero resources to come here and I don’t regret it at all. I never have to work about work clothes we have a generous amount of money we are able to spend for clothing and boots. It’s all a round a great place to work I even got another former antero employee to come join the EQT crew!

Don’t really have anything I can complain about.
