EQT Corporation treats their employees like family. From simple team building events such as bowling and picnics to overnight stays at five star resorts. At EQT family comes first, so there’s never any questions or reprimand if we need to tend to a family matter. The CEO, Toby Rice, knows us by name and shows his appreciation regularly. At 53 years old, I have never been treated better by a company.

Pros

I love the daily tasks I have to complete. I really like the works schedule it allows me plenty of time to do my job and still spend time with my family. This is the best company I have worked for. I left antero resources to come here and I don’t regret it at all. I never have to work about work clothes we have a generous amount of money we are able to spend for clothing and boots. It’s all a round a great place to work I even got another former antero employee to come join the EQT crew!

Don’t really have anything I can complain about.
