      EQT has a strong leadership who sets clear and concise goals. Leadership supports the QREW and everything the organization does ties back to the core values. EQT fosters an innovative, family like environment where there is an abundance of career growth opportunities. EQT has competitive compensation that provides a sustainable lifestyle for its employees and their families. Through EQT's core values and brad reputation, EQT has become a corner stone of the communities in which it operates. EQT is structured to "weather" the storm creating job security which allows the employees to think outside the box and come up with industry leading innovating ideas.

      Cons

      EQT moves at an incredibly fast pace on all fronts. As a result, there are times that operational inefficiencies arise that may also lead to poor decision making.

      Pros

      I love the daily tasks I have to complete. I really like the works schedule it allows me plenty of time to do my job and still spend time with my family. This is the best company I have worked for. I left antero resources to come here and I don’t regret it at all. I never have to work about work clothes we have a generous amount of money we are able to spend for clothing and boots. It’s all a round a great place to work I even got another former antero employee to come join the EQT crew!

      Don’t really have anything I can complain about.
