Pros

The projects are interesting, and the staff is generally good.

Cons

Metrics are impossible to attain, and include not just billable hours but also project sales. They have consistently rolled out internal products that are half baked, and let employees be their beta testers while removing the other, more useful tools. The partnership model seems toxic and impossible to attain if you are not an external hire. Depending on your team, it is easy to be pigeon holed.

Pros

- Flexible work environment with autonomy to set your schedule. As long as project and billable hour expectations are met, there is flexibility in when and where you work.

Cons

- Career growth is largely self-directed. You need to consistently advocate for yourself, seek out development opportunities, and communicate your goals in order to advance. - Performance is heavily driven by utilization and billable-hour targets. Missing those targets can put your position at risk, even when low utilization is partly caused by limited project availability. - Employees are required to use PTO during the company shutdown around Christmas, regardless of whether they personally observe the holiday.
