For someone early in their career, this can be a great place to gain experience, learn from knowledgeable colleagues, and build a strong professional foundation.

ERP Advisors Group has done a great job of creating and supporting a culture of respect and trust amongst team members. I feel very supported by my colleagues and the leadership team, and my thoughts and opinions are valued.

This isn't necessarily a con, but the environment is fast-paced, and there are high expectations for production. They give you all the tools you need to succeed, as long as you're willing to put in the work! And they do a great job of acknowledging contributions and showing appreciation for employees.
