Pros

I have no pros to report.

Cons

The review from June 26, 2023 perfectly identifies the true culture at ERP Advisors Group. It is sad to see that nothing has changed since leaving the company 2 years ago and that they are still subjecting employees to such a toxic work environment. I have always feared posting a review on here because I worry for my safety with the company’s ties to Scientology, but after seeing them try to deny the review from June 26,2023 I felt the need to at least confirm that most everything in that review was something I either experienced or had seen happening even two years ago. If you are considering working at EAG please read that review and heavily consider what you are getting yourself into. There are much better ERP firms out there that respect their employees and don’t force their religion down your throat. It is well known in the ERP industry what ERP Advisors Group is doing with Scientology and I would never recommend a person work for them or have them consult for your company.

ERP Advisors Group Response

ERP Advisors Group is committed to continued growth and does take feedback from our employees seriously. Therefore, it is important to note that there have been recent changes to our administrative tools that are in line with the company's goals of employee satisfaction and expansion. If we were unaware of an employee's level of discomfort with a particular administrative tool we gave employees the option to use at the time of their employment, we do apologize. We are always willing to work with an employee to ensure their happiness and satisfaction in the workplace, and will never berate or penalize them for coming to management with concerns. All our employees and clients are treated with the utmost respect, and EAG strictly adheres to our Equal Opportunity Policy which, "prohibits discrimination on the basis of religious beliefs, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law". We work diligently to cultivate a collaborative culture of honesty, growth, and positivity which our employees and clients greatly enjoy, as can be seen by the numerous reviews left by them here and on our website. It is also worth noting that ERP Advisors Group is a fully independent company. We are not affiliated with any particular religious organization, and we welcome people from all backgrounds and beliefs. If you are seriously considering employment at EAG, we invite you to read through all the reviews on our page and talk to any of our recruiters. We pride ourselves on being extremely transparent and we would be more than happy to answer any questions you might have about the true culture at EAG.

Pros

Over the past few years, I’ve had the chance to work across multiple departments, support clients, learn new systems, build processes, and develop both technical and administrative skills. The company has invested in my development through training, mentorship, and opportunities to take on new responsibilities. If you’re willing to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of your work, there are opportunities to expand your skills and build your career. For someone early in their career, this can be a great place to gain experience, learn from knowledgeable colleagues, and build a strong professional foundation.

Pros

Excellent opportunities for career growth. Working with a wide variety of clients and software allows you to develop your knowledge base as well as follow an extremely well crafted methodology to ensure success from project to project.

Cons

Due to the smaller nature of the organization you may find yourself stretched at times; however, communication amongst teams is exceptional and this further emphasizes the opportunity to take on as much as you can and in doing so see real impact from the work you provide
