If we were unaware of an employee's level of discomfort with a particular administrative tool we gave employees the option to use at the time of their employment, we do apologize. We are always willing to work with an employee to ensure their happiness and satisfaction in the workplace, and will never berate or penalize them for coming to management with concerns.
