Employees are never incentivized or pressured to leave a review and we firmly adhere to Glassdoor guidelines when it comes to requesting reviews. It is known that full-time, salaried resources are required to work a minimum of 40 hours a week. That expectation is clearly laid out in our interview process and reiterated during onboarding. While there are times when job tasks will require additional hours, as is common in the Consulting industry, that is often the exception and not the usual. Additionally, we take a strong interest in our employee's career growth and provide annual performance reviews. As employees advance with us, their responsibilities often increase which comes with a natural increase in their compensation as well. All job descriptions include the true salary ranges for the position too. It is true that EAG was recognized in 2024 as one of Denver Business Journal's Best Places to Work.
