Pros

Hires recent college grads, hybrid work

Cons

I have debated leaving a review for quite awhile and now that I’ve seen they have done another push to incentivize putting positive Glassdoor reviews on here to boost their standing. They did the same thing when I worked there and asked everyone several times to leave positive reviews on Glassdoor since the rating is so low. The negative ratings are correct. Asking entry levels to work 50-70 hours a week on an unlivable wage is unacceptable. In my department I was micromanaged by a coworker who was not my boss. As soon as they decide they don’t like you you are on the outs and treated very poorly borderline bullying. This did not happen to me but I observed it happening to others. They did in fact make us read a Scientology book for training but once someone quit their second day after being asked to read it they took all the Scientology practices out of the company. The young upper management is extremely unprofessional commenting on how people who quit are “evil” and that is the head of HR saying that. I proceeded to meet with the CEO and tell him why I quit and listed out my very clear reasons. Only to find out afterwards he told the rest of the company something entirely different that painted me in a bad light. If you are a college grad do not work here. You do not get paid enough and it is not worth it. PLEASE trust these negative reviews as almost all positive reviews on here the employees were asked profusely to make. To be made “Best Company in Denver” or whatever the title they just got all you have to do is pay for it so don’t take it seriously.

ERP Advisors Group Response

ERP Advisors Group works diligently to cultivate a culture of honesty, positivity, transparency, and professionalism in the workplace and we take the feedback of our employees seriously. We do encourage current employees to leave honest reviews during their time with us as a way to provide helpful insight to those who might be considering working at EAG. Employees are never incentivized or pressured to leave a review and we firmly adhere to Glassdoor guidelines when it comes to requesting reviews. It is known that full-time, salaried resources are required to work a minimum of 40 hours a week. That expectation is clearly laid out in our interview process and reiterated during onboarding. While there are times when job tasks will require additional hours, as is common in the Consulting industry, that is often the exception and not the usual. Additionally, we take a strong interest in our employee's career growth and provide annual performance reviews. As employees advance with us, their responsibilities often increase which comes with a natural increase in their compensation as well. All job descriptions include the true salary ranges for the position too. It is true that EAG was recognized in 2024 as one of Denver Business Journal's Best Places to Work. This prestigious award is given to companies based on the results of anonymous employee surveys, it cannot be bought. It is an immense honor that we hope to earn again in the coming years. It is worth noting that EAG is a fully independent company. We are not affiliated with any particular religious organization and we welcome people from all backgrounds and beliefs. If you are seriously considering employment at EAG, we invite you to read through all the reviews on our page, check out our careers page, and talk to any of our recruiters. We pride ourselves on transparency and we would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the true management style and culture at EAG.

Pros

Over the past few years, I’ve had the chance to work across multiple departments, support clients, learn new systems, build processes, and develop both technical and administrative skills. The company has invested in my development through training, mentorship, and opportunities to take on new responsibilities. If you’re willing to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of your work, there are opportunities to expand your skills and build your career. For someone early in their career, this can be a great place to gain experience, learn from knowledgeable colleagues, and build a strong professional foundation.

Pros

Excellent opportunities for career growth. Working with a wide variety of clients and software allows you to develop your knowledge base as well as follow an extremely well crafted methodology to ensure success from project to project.

Cons

Due to the smaller nature of the organization you may find yourself stretched at times; however, communication amongst teams is exceptional and this further emphasizes the opportunity to take on as much as you can and in doing so see real impact from the work you provide
