Pros
The management has worked with me at every level, seeing me through significant personal and career growth over the past 2 years. They want to see their employees grow out of lower positions and take on more responsibility rather than letting them stagnate. The company is growing, which allows for fast advancement if you are pushing for that. They aren't big enough to lose sight of anyone though. This has ensured that I am always deeply involved in each project. EAG has a culture of resolving issues as soon as they appear. They don't have a lot of "cobwebs in the corners". When they notice an issue with a process, customer concern, or internal inefficiency, they address it proactively rather than letting it linger. This approach creates a responsive work environment where problems are resolved quickly. Employees are encouraged to speak up, and leadership is committed to making meaningful changes that enhance all aspects of the company.
Cons
The company's internal resources for system management are fairly limited due to its size. At larger companies, there is generally a chain of resources on the IT side that employees can go to with issues. This does not exist at EAG yet. On one hand, it has forced me to learn and grow in that area, but it does cause frustrations occasionally.
