Great work environment - Anonymous employee ERRG Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback! As a veteran in the industry and a long-term employee, I admit that I am not involved with our onboarding and integration practices from the perspective from the new hire. Our recruiting process is very stringent and we are very selective about who we hire, so it’s absolutely imperative that we make sure that we find a good fit for everyone at every stage of their career. In light of this, we strive to make every new employee welcome on their first day and need to maintain this attitude. Going forward, we will look at finding ways to keep new and old employees alike engaged.
