Thanks for your review. I am happy to hear that ERRG fosters an environment where you can grow and be a creative, independent thinker. I value and consider all feedback and at ERRG we’ll continue to find ways to improve but I wanted to address your specific concern about inconsistent communication. We work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment which can be exciting but also frustrating when decisions need to be made quickly. As a small business, ERRG is known for its turn-key operations but this flexibility can come with uncertainty. I will share your feedback with executive and senior management so we can continue to improve in this area. Also, ERRG has an Open Door policy that encourages employees to participate in decisions affecting them and their daily professional responsibilities. I want staff at all levels of the company to feel comfortable coming to any member of the executive or senior management with a concern or suggestion. I believe this kind of informal and open communication can only be a positive that strengthens the entire ERRG team.
