Your recommendation for a strategic business plan is right on. In 2014, ERRG rolled out a formal strategic business plan. The plan was the culmination of a 2-year effort of many people in the organization who thoughtfully considered all of the factors that affect our business, both internally and externally, and defined what is ERRG, both now and in the future. I really believe we are on the precipice of greater things and this strategic plan is the first step!
