Business Outlook
Pros
Program management was always very supportive. Work/Life balance was good. Options for telework. Salary and benefits were average for the industry though they are receptive to receiving feedback from employees on how to improve and they do make efforts. 401k match is 3% which is so-so but their insurance is decent and they have lots of opportunities to bonus and are supportive of continuing education.
Cons
Gov’t contracting is a beast and transitioning to a new company can be extremely stressful.
