Pros

Great for entry level. You might be able to network with the client for a better job. PTO, sick days, and a slew of healthcare benefits. M-F job.

Cons

Don't hang out here more than a couple years. What you learn the first year is all you will ever learn. This isn't a place for career growth. You won't get promoted. They aren't interested in building you up unless it for their diversity newsletter to make themselves look better for clout. They prefer high turnover over employees who keep the client happy. Poverty wages. You'd make more at a pizza joint. Those 15 cent raises you get each year are supposed to keep you smiling until you finally get the hint and quit.

Pros

Mid-paced & customer-facing. Database & GUI driven. Not a call-center environment, but vital to Client-Contractor relationship. Freedom to work hybrid, as needed. GxP facility, so training is expansive & up-to-date.

Cons

Wear many hats, responsible for vastly different aspects regarding subordinates & their daily/special tasks. Pay below average, due to stand-up costs & developing job opportunities while on-site. OJT almost up to par, but needs furthering via seminars, certifications.

Pros

Great benefit options Flexible 401k contribution amounts Company wants to hear how they can improve I loved my manager and my direct leadership team Great work-life balance (no real overtime and when you are off people don't bother you)

Cons

Career advancement was good when I started but has become pretty stagnant (there are a lot of entry level positions or upper management but not much in between) Hiring process has become too long
