Cons
- Poor communication and lack of transparency from senior leadership - Unrealistic expectations set by senior leadership with strict turnaround dates - Managers lack accountability. Will take credit when team performs well and will point fingers otherwise. Multiple managers took credit for my accomplishments/work here. - Multiple promises made by managers that were never followed-through - Will give you additional responsibilities with minimal/no pay increase, leading to being overworked and underpaid - Company is in process of scaling back costs and opportunities after aggressive expansion plan has lead to poor profitability.
