Pros
If you are still employed at ESL in January you will have a wonderful Company party to celebrate all the crap you had to put up with over the previous year.
Cons
Many great employees quitting or getting fired daily. Lots of very special and wonderful employes being put in the street from stress, goals, politics, backstabbing, brown noising, clicks and poor management. Wonderful sense of shoving products down customers throats that are not needed as well as striving for what is wrong for the customer so you can keep your job and make goals. A culture like no other that is sick to the core. ESL is at every job fair begging for workers. They advance hire as well. I wonder why? One has to wonder just who is in charge because they are running ESL in to the ground.
