      Pros

      I love the kids!!! Great entry level job with growing opportunities. There are kids from all ages and areas. They're always hiring.

      Cons

      The coworkers can be a little wacky, but the awesome thing is everyone is different, so they may connect to a different child.

      Pros

      Somewhat easy application and easy hiring. Can choose days to work and assignments available everyday. Good to get experience in schools if no education degree yet or deciding.

      Cons

      Same day or very short notice of assignments available (depending on location). Constantly checking app for work. Minimum wage for this important job.
