Pros

Eversana has patient-centered pharmacists, nurses and technicians. This ensures that the transitions of care for patients are highly efficient, respectful, and take into consideration the patient’s personal preferences and values. Our professional clinical staff collaborates with patients, caregivers, physicians and takes a leadership role in patient advocacy, and has high integrity. We have an exemplary Quality Team. I may be biased, but I feel this quality team drives us to preform to the highest standards of nursing and pharmacy care. They emphasis that the “patient comes first.” Coupled with clinical and support staff that has a solid work ethics, is accurate, and results-oriented (clinical outcomes), we achieve a winning team! To top it of, having a boss that has a strong moral character and displays honesty, and takes responsibility is a big plus.

Cons

This is not necessarily a CON, but it can frustrate some folks. EVERSANA is a growing business. As a business grows, different problems and opportunities demand different solutions - what worked six months ago might now require a different approach. As an employee we must recognize and overcome the common pitfalls associated with growth and adapt. If one does not like change, this environment will be difficult to grow and thrive.

Pros

If you are looking for a company that is finally modernizing its technology stack, there is real funding and momentum behind the current "2026 Strategy." The previous CEO allowed a highly fragmented IT structure where business units operated in silos with no standard security or change control processes, which made day-to-day life a nightmare.

Cons

The work environment under the current CIO is incredibly toxic and hostile. The CIO relies on a management style built on fear, threats, and public humiliation. In team meetings, he routinely belittles his direct reports. If you fall behind on his aggressive timelines, he explicitly threatens that you will be "DOA" or tells you to "look for a job somewhere else", Furthermore, the primary IT strategy is aggressive cost-cutting and offshoring. The CIO has mandated a freeze on domestic hiring in favor of moving jobs to India, aiming to slash $20 million in labor. He operates with a blatant disregard for corporate governance, explicitly instructing his team to bypass standard HR and Finance checks because he views them . He even makes culturally insensitive remarks, once stating he didn't care if a vendor was "changing religions" as long as they delivered on time .
