Pros

You can learn in the accounting erea a lot! So many special things to go through - the AR and AP are not separated; possibility of working in the moth-end-closing and years-end closing, HR, assistant in auditing, taxes. The collegues in Germany and USA are very friendly and helpful in every issue. In Germany it is a really team - didn´t see that before.

Cons

Not the best office room - and not the best location.

Management doesn’t regularly listen to/use feedback provided by staff Plans change quickly and often, which can be stressful, but you learn to anticipate it
